Senator Sherwin Gatchalian once again posed a question on the identity of suspended Bamban, Mayor Alice Guo, following a document showing her alleged real name, Guo Hua Ping.
Gatchalian presented a record on Tuesday from the Board of Investments of the Guo family's application for a Special Investors Resident Visa (SIRV) and the Bureau of Immigration.
The document, which is in black and white and has the term "passport" stamped on it, was issued on April 3, 1999, by the People's Republic of China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Fujian.
Guo Hua Ping, a student born on August 31, 1990, is identified in the document by control number 14-5679410. "2003.04.04" was stamped on the document as the "date of registry."

“Alice Guo might be Guo Hua Ping who entered the Philippines on Jan. 12, 2003, when she was 13 years old. Her real birth date is on Aug. 31, 1990,” said Gatchalian.
Gatchalian stated Lin Wenyi, whom he had previously suspected of being the mayor's real mother rather than Amelia Leal, is Guo Hua Ping's registered mother for their SIRV.
It can be recalled when Guo claimed that she was her father's love child and their former helper Amelia, who allegedly left her when she was a child.
Upon checking the records, the Philippine Statistics Authority said they have no birth records for Guo's parents.
Gatchalian dared Guo to undergo DNA testing with Wen Yi Lin to prove her nationality.
According to the Senator, Guo’s inconsistencies in her documents would bolster the quo warranto proceedings against her by the Office of the Solicitor General.
