Selena Gomez is making a vulnerable return to the music scene as she announced the release of her joint album with the superstar producer and fiancé Benny Blanco on Valentine’s Day!
In a social media post on Friday, February 14, the singer-actress teased fans with her upcoming album, “I Love You First,” with her best friend (and lover) Benny. She began her post with, “I always trick you guys,” adding that the first song from the album, “Scared of Loving You,” is now on all streaming platforms.
The newly engaged couple’s collaboration album will be released on March 21. However, merchandise and signed products for the album are already available for pre-order.
“We can’t wait to share this special project with you soon!” Selena ended.

In a separate post, the singer announced the release of the single “Scared of Loving You,” captioning it, “How would they love you as much as I love you?”
Benny replied with, “i’m not scared of loving u.”
The album is meant to celebrate the pair’s love story, offering tiny glimpses of their story before they met, as they fell in love, and as they anticipate the future.
After teasing fans that she might be done with music, Selena is ready to step back into the pop star life, only this time, with an album about love, not heartbreak, with her fiancé.
The couple had been together since 2023, but have known each other since 2019 when they collaborated for the first time on the song “I Can’t Get Enough.”
In December last year, Selena announced that forever would begin for her and Benny as she posted a photo of her engagement ring.
