Nang dumating ang ibang brand, bakit hindi pwedeng makapili, so wala po talagang katapusan ‘yan," Roque said during a televised briefing with the President on Wednesday night.
Robredo, however, did not volunteer for the infomercial, although her camp earlier said that she is willing and open to such an idea.
It was Senator Joel Villanueva who first floated the idea that Duterte and Robredo should release a “joint public service announcement” that would boost public confidence in the safety of COVID-19 vaccines.
If ever asked to do an infomercial, Barry Gutierrez, spokesperson for the Office of the Vice President, said Robredo would not ask for any conditions as the goal is to inform the people about the safety of vaccines.
