Use your skills to protect the rights of others, promote justice, and contribute to the progress of our nation. The law is a powerful tool to create meaningful change - let it guide you to serve with integrity and compassion,” Romualdez stated.
“The country needs lawyers who are not only skilled but also principled and driven by a strong sense of duty to the people. Let your practice reflect the values that brought you here - hard work, fairness, and service to others,” he added.
Additionally, Romualdez also congratulated the new members of the law profession, highlighting their hard work, dedication, and perseverance. As a fellow lawyer and alumnus of the UP College of Law, he said that he understands the immense effort and sacrifice that it took for them to reach that milestone.
