Robredo is not voting in her hometown Naga City, after she was advised by her lawyers to transfer her voter registration to Magarao last October 2021, to be consistent with her present residence.
The transfer of her voter registration drew criticisms last year before she filed her certificate of candidacy for the presidency in October 2021. Many thought that she might vie for a gubernatorial post in Camarines Sur.
Over 65.7 million Filipinos are expected to flock to voting precincts on Monday to vote for their preferred local and national candidates, according to the Commission on Elections.
