The entire police force, including PCPL Arnulfo Sabillo, has been relieved in the Community Police Assistance Center 5 of Rodriguez, Rizal, following the fatal shooting of 15-year-old John Francis Ompad.
In a report by Val Gonzales on MBC Network News, it is the immediate action of the Rizal Police Provincial Office after the killing incident, and according to Police Lt. Col. Ruben Piquero, Sabillo is already on the run and has been charged with a complaint of homicide and attempted homicide.
With Sabillo&rsquo;s inhumane behavior, the Rizal PPO strongly condemned the shooting, which resulted in the death of Ompad.
Piquero also admitted that the suspected police officer had violated the standard operating procedure, as Sabillo was not wearing his police uniform while performing an inspection and blocking the motorcycle.

In addition to the charges filed against Sabillo, he will also be facing a separate administrative case that is currently being investigated by the Philippine National Police's Internal Affairs Service.
