The Philippine National Police - Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) on Friday released the wanted posters of the six security guards who are allegedly behind the kidnapping and disappearance of six sabungeros, or cockfighting enthusiasts, in Manila last year.
In a statement, the PNP-CIDG said the government is also offering a Php 6 million reward for the arrest of the six suspects.
"Kami ay umaasa na sa pamamagitan ng mga posters na ito at sa impormasyon na magmumula sa ating mga kababayan ay mapapabilis natin na matutunton ang kanilang pinagtataguan at agarang pagkahuli ng mga akusado," PBGen General Romeo Caramat Jr. said as quoted by the PNP-CIDG.

Caramat said all posters would be posted in all PNP units nationwide, places of convergence, social media, and CIDG's website.
The six suspects are identified as Julie Patidongan, alias 'Dondon', Mark Carlo Zabala, Roberto Matillano, Johnry Consolacion, Virgilio Bayog, and Gleer Codilla.
In December, the Justice Department indicted these six suspects after its panel of prosecutors found that they "conspired in kidnapping and depriving liberty" of the six missing Tanay-based victims.
They are facing six counts of kidnapping and serious illegal detention.
According to PNP-CIDG, a warrant of arrest has already been issued.
