The Tanza Municipal Police arrested the top nine most wanted persons at the provincial level on Wednesday, April 3, according to the Cavite Police Provincial Office.
Based on the report, the Chief of Police, PtCol. Willy Bergadi Salazar identified the suspect as "France," a resident of Brgy. Biwas, Tanza,\ Cavite.
"After close monitoring and surveillance, alias "France" was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for the Violation of Section 11, Art. II of R.A. 9165 with Criminal Case No. 34-2022 issued by the Fourth Judicial Region, Regional Trial Court, Branch 16, Cavite City, Cavite, for serving his sentence," the Cavite PNP said in a press release.
Meanwhile, as reported by Noche Cacas in Balitang Promdi on Thursday, another Top 10 Most Wanted Person — Provincial Level — has been nabbed in Rosario, Cavite.

The suspect, identified by the alias "Sian," was also wanted for violating Section 12A. II of RA 9165.
Section 12 of Article II of RA 9165 provides that the penalty for illegal possession of dangerous drug paraphernalia is imprisonment ranging from six months and one day to four years and a fine ranging from P10,000.00 to P50,000.00.
