The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Regional Office 4-A in Barangay Biclatan arrested a Nigerian national on Sunday during their buy-bust operation.

According to a PDEA report published on Sunday, during the buy-bust, authorities allegedly took 500 grams of suspected shabu from Valentine Ebuka Ezike of Palmdale Village, Governor's Hill, as well as a box containing two resealable transparent plastic bags each containing roughly 1,000 grams of a brownish granule substance, a plastic basin containing a weighing scale, four identification cards, and more.

Ezike is allegedly a member of the West African Drug Syndicate, which hires Filipinos to carry illegal substances, according to PDEA.

He will be accused of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002's Sections 5 and 11, Article II.
