The Pasig River Ferry Service will resume its operations on Monday with the "no vaccine, no ride" policy of the Department of Transportation in place.
In an advisory, the Metro Manila Development Authority said passengers of the ferry service will need to present their vaccination card in order to get on board.
"Huwag kalimutang dalhin ang vaccination card at valid identification card (ID)," it reminded passengers.
(Don’t forget to bring your vaccination card and valid identification card [ID].)
The policy is in line with the DOTr's "no vaccine, no ride" policy, which prohibits unvaccinated people from accessing public transportation in the National Capital Region (NCR) via land, sea, or air.
The policy is enforced while the NCR is under Alert Level 3.
The Pasig River Ferry Service resumes its operations on Monday, after it was temporarily shuttered from January 12 to 15 to give way for complete sanitation and disinfection of offices and premises.
