A parcel that contained P9.89 million worth of illegal drugs were confiscated at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) at around 4:00 p.m., the Police Drug Enforcement Group (PDEG) said in a report.&nbsp;
During the operation, an individual was apprehended which the PDEG did not identify.&nbsp;
The seized package contained 6.1 kilos of marijuana, 17 milliliters of marijuana liquid, and 2,899 ecstasy tablets.&nbsp;
For the successful operation, it was a joint effort of the NAIA Interagency Drug Interdiction Task Group, of which PDEG is one of the agencies.
In a separate operation on Friday, around 12 grams of shabu worth P81,6000 was confiscated in Quezon City.&nbsp;
Meanwhile, Quezon City Police District director Brig. Gen. Nicolas Torre III&nbsp; mentioned that 10 grams of shabu worth P68,000 has been confiscated from Maydylie Roxas and Ana Joy Grande in Barangay San Martin de Porres at around 1:30 a.m.&nbsp;
