On Sunday, the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) and the Philippine Air Force (AFP) delivered another batch of aid to residents affected by Typhoon Julian in Batanes.

According to a report by RH Edniel Parrosa, the relief aid delivered included gallons of water, sacks of rice, and numerous relief packs transported from Metro Manila on a C130 aircraft.
Two KC-130J Hercules aircraft from the US III Marine Expeditionary Force arrived at Villamor Air Base yesterday.
Liz Pama, head of the Batanes Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO), stated that they anticipate receiving the relief supplies today.

Meanwhile, parts of the Basco Airport terminal were damaged due to the effects of the recent typhoon. Despite ongoing power outages and a lack of clean water, the airport has reopened to tourists and residents.
