Presidential candidate and former defense secretary Norberto Gonzales has cast his ballot on Monday, May 9 at M. Delos Reyes Elementary School in Puerto Rivas, Balanga, Bataan.

"For a First World Philippines," Gonzales said in a Twitter post.

Over 65.7 million Filipinos are expected to flock to voting precincts on Monday to vote for their preferred local and national candidates, according to the Commission on Elections.

Voting hours are from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM in polling places nationwide.
