A Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) personnel has been penalized after being caught using the EDSA Bus Carousel lane on Monday, Nov. 13.
This is in line with MMDA's implementation of a higher penalty for those who will use the exclusive city bus lane or bus carousel lane along EDSA.
As of 7AM, around 150 motorists were reported to have been penalized, including police and government personnel.
