On the last of this election's campaign season, national candidates will be making their final stand across the country to appeal at the 11th hour to voters to support them on May 9.
In separate statements, the presidentiables, along with their running mates and Senate slates will hold their miting de avance in various locations:
Ferdinand Marcos, Jr.
The camp of presidential candidate Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. will be holding the final leg of their three-part miting de avance in front of Solaire Resort and Casino in Parañaque City.
Marcos is expected to be joined by his running-mate, Davao Mayor Sara Duterte, as well as their senatorial slate.
This is the third miting de avance of the Marcos-Duterte tandem after they held two previous ones in Tagum City, Davao del Norte, on May 5, and in Guimbal, Iloilo, on May 3.
Isko Moreno
Presidential candidate and Manila Mayor Isko Moreno has announced that his miting de avance will be held in Tondo, Manila, on May 7.
He will be joined by his running-mate, Willie Ong, and his senatorial bets, Carl Balita, Samira Gutoc, Jopet Sison, and John Castriciones.
Manny Pacquiao
Presidential candidate and Senator Manny Pacquiao will be returning to his home turf in General Santos City on Saturday to conduct his final miting de avance before election day on May 9.
This will be Pacquiao's send miting de avance for the campaign season, with the first one held in Cebu City on May 6.
Leni Robredo
Presidential candidate and Vice President Leni Robredo will be holding her miting de avance on Ayala Avenue in Makati City.
She will be present with her running-mate, Senator Francis Pangilinan, as well as their senatorial bets in a bid to catch up to the significant lead posted by Marcos Jr. in recent pre-election surveys.
Meanwhile, presidential candidates Leody de Guzman and Senator Panfilo Lacson have already carried out their miting de avance days earlier than the rest of the candidates.
De Guzman held his miting de avance at the Quezon City Memorial Circle on May 4, where he unveiled his final list of senatorial slate for the upcoming polls.
Lacson, on the other hand, returned to his home province in Cavite for his miting de avance on May 6.
He was joined by his running-mate Senate President Tito Sotto and their senatorial bets for the 2022 polls.
