‘DEE’ Queen is finally home!
Michelle Dee touched down ‘Filipinas’ on Saturday night, Nov. 25 with a warm welcome from her fans, who throw a grand airport salubon to the beauty queen for showcasing her outstanding performance during the Miss Universe 2023 on Nov. 19, despite finishing in the Top 10.
The actress-beauty queen took a snap and shared it on her social media platform X (formerly Twitter) after finally landing in Manila, where the hashtag #MichelleDee trended as well.
Dee delightfully greeted her supporters, as seen in the videos posted on different social media platforms, signifying that she was happily back from her fight back in El Salvador.
Apart from finishing her Miss Universe journey in the Top 10, Dee still went back to the Philippines carrying four special awards, such as the Spirit of Carnival award, Miss Universe’s fan voting, as well as being one of the three gold medalists in the Voice for Change video competition, and the recently announced Best in National Costume award.
Despite not bringing home the crown, the beauty queen still felt the love and support that her fans gave her, even during the competition back in El Salvador.
Upon her arrival, Dee’s mother, Miss International 1979 Melanie Marquez, Miss Universe Philippines National Director Shamcey Supsup, Miss Grand Philippines 2021 Samantha Panlilio, and close friend and fellow actress Rhian Ramos were present.
