Maymay Entrata is grieving the loss of her mother.
In an Instagram post early Friday, May 16, the actress-model penned a heartfelt message to her mother after the latter’s passing.
“Mahal kong Inay, Isang malaking karangalan na ikaw ang naging Inay ko. Matapang mong hinarap ang lahat ng pagsubok at sakrpisyo para maitaguyod kaming buong pamilya,” she wrote in her caption.
Maymay expressed how much she would miss her Inay, as she fondly called her. But most of all, she added, she would miss the person who loved her, and whom she would love until the end.
“Sayo ko natutunan ang mag mahal ng walang kapalit at habang buhay dala dala ko lahat ng natutunan ko mula sayo,” she revealed.
She thanked her mother for leaving behind the wealth of loving someone without repercussions.
“Mahal na mahal kita Inay ko at wala akong pinagsisihan sa lahat ng sakrpisyo kong makita ka lang maging masaya lagi. Hanggang sa muli nating pagkikita mahal kong Inay,” she ended.

Apart from this, Maymay recalled that this was the last thing she told her mother. She told her followers to hug their loved ones while there's still time, suggesting they tell them how much they love them.
“Huwag n’yong sayangin ang kahit isang araw na hindi ipinapakita po yon. Sapagkat darating ang araw na ang mga yakap ay alaala na lang, at ang mga salitang hindi nasabi ay magiging bigat sa puso,” she said.
“Huwag kayong maghintay ng huli bago magsimulang magmahal nang buo,” she added.
The actress did not expound on the cause of her mother’s death.
