President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. is "doing well" despite testing positive for COVID-19 earlier this week, the Palace said Wednesday.
"He is doing well. He has a scheduled teleconference this afternoon," Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Secretary Cheloy Garafil told reporters in a message.
The President tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday as announced by PCO, prompting him to go on isolation for five days.
It can be recalled from July 2022, when he also tested positive for COVID-19 just after his inauguration on June 30, 2022.
