Gabbi Garcia is making history as the newest and first Kapuso host of the upcoming “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Edition Collab.”
The actress took her excitement to social media on Sunday, gushing over her latest feat.
“I’m beyond excited to announce that I’ll be one of your hosts for the upcoming Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition! See you all sa Bahay ni Kuya!” she wrote in the caption.
To celebrate the milestone, Gabbi shared a little fun fact. The actress mentioned that back in 2012, she auditioned for PBB Teen Edition Season 4. Although she did not make it as a contestant in the past, the actress joked that it seemed because she was meant to host it instead.
“Fun fact: Back in 2012, I auditioned for PBB Teen Edition Season 4! (Check last 2 photos!) Fast forward to 2025—looks like I was meant to host it instead! Or who knows? Maybe there’s still more in store,” she wrote.
“This is a huge milestone, and I can’t wait to share this experience with all of you! Game na ba kayo?!” she added.
“PBB: Celebrity Edition Collab” is the upcoming collaboration between network giants, GMA-7 and ABS-CBN, to mark the reality show’s 20th anniversary. The news was announced last month in the Chika Minute segment of GMA-7’s 24 Oras.
The upcoming season of PBB will be aired on GMA-7, contrary to its previous seasons, where the reality show could be streamed on ABS-CBN’s channel and online platforms.
