May you completely healed soonest," another netizen said.<br /><br />In April last year, Kris disclosed that she was diagnosed with a rare and life-threatening disease called eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA).&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">She left the country in <a href="https://dzrh.com.ph/post/%22time-is-now-my-enemy%22-kris-aquino-diagnosed-with-rare-disease-says-goodbye-to-fans-for-now">June</a> to undergo a treatment that is only available in the United States.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">During their stay in the US, Kris said she has been diagnosed with a <a href="https://dzrh.com.ph/post/kris-aquino-shares-health-update-reveals-possibility-of-fifth-autoimmune-disease" target="_blank" rel="noopener">fourth </a>autoimmune illness. The three others were detected while she was still in the Philippines.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">In her latest update on Instagram posted on Dec. 24, 2022, Kris said two of her autoimmune illnesses are &ldquo;life-threatening&rdquo;, and a fifth disease is &ldquo;highly likely.&rdquo;&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">The 51-year-old actress said her family&rsquo;s lawyer has filed some necessary paperwork to extend their stay in the US and make it legal.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">&ldquo;A few days ago we did our biometrics scan. I was warned - you&rsquo;ll need to wait 2-3 months to get the extension approval,&rdquo; she shared.</p>
