Actress and singer Karylle dispelled circulating pregnancy rumors, calling it “fake news.”
“I have been stopped on the street and congratulated for being pregnant and I have to explain, of course, that I’m not pregnant,” the star shared in the most recent episode of her podcast “K’s Drama.”
Karylle said this was the third time news of her supposed pregnancy had made the rounds, which led her to believe that directly contradicting the greeting would be “useless.”
“Because you want to believe what you wanna believe and maybe you have a good feeling about congratulating me,” she explained.
“I’m here to tell you once again, that the news is fake, i.e. fake news,” she stated.
She did admit, however, that the rumor is harmless and does not tarnish her image.
