Presidential aspirant Leody De Guzman on Wednesday said he is not in favor of the federal government system as it only gives a gateway to favor the rich.

The labor leader made the statement during DZRH's Bakit Ikaw? Presidential Job Interview.

"Ang problema natin ay ang sistema ng ating pamahalaan. Nakapokus ang mga dating pangulo sa pagbibigay ng pabor sa mga mayayaman," he said.

For De Guzman, changing the government's platform is not the solution.

One of President Rodrigo Duterte's promises in the 2016 campaign was to change the country's platform of government from a presidential system to a federal one.
