In his series of posts on Instagram where Uytingco was seen professing his love for Jennica and the intention to reunite their family, Jean questioned his statement saying the actor was not responsive to any of her messages.
"Talaga ba yan Alwyn?!!! Sana sinagot mo message ko sayo... respeto kase yon bilang magulang ni Jennica. Kausapin mo kaya ako para magkaintindahan tayo! Ok ka lang ba?!," Garcia wrote.
“Haaayyy kawawa kase ikaw di ka marunong makipag-usap Alwyn, respeto lang hinihingi ko sayo, di ka marunong rumespeto sa mother in law mo…yun lang naman…just saying!!!” she wrote in another.
In another post, Jean commented: "Haaayyy kawawa kase ikaw di ka marunong makipag-usap Alwyn, respeto lang hinihingi ko sayo, di ka marunong rumespeto sa mother in law mo…yun lang naman…just saying!!!"
The veteran actress also had a sarcastic remark on Uytingco’s post where he declared his love for Jennica.

Just last month, Jennica confirmed her split from Uytingco. She did not further reveal the reason behind their separation but clarified it is not due to financial problems.
Rumors about their separation started when Jennica asked her followers’ help to have her Instagram handle changed. Weeks after, she also started selling most of her household stuff, including pre-loved women's and children’s clothes, home items, and furniture, among others.
Jennica and Alwyn tied the knot in 2014 and have two daughters, Athena Mori and Alessi.
