Filo-MIDZYs! Put your sneakers on because ITZY is coming back to the country in 2023.
On Monday, the K-pop girl group announced that they're bringing their first world tour titled "CHECKMATE" in Southeast Asia, starting off with the Philippines on January 14, 2023 at Mall of Asia Arena.
Other details such as the ticket prices, seat plan, and ticketing selling have yet to be announced.
Aside from Manila, the five-member group will also bring their concert in Singapore, Bangkok, and Jakarta.
This marks the second time that ITZY will come to the Philippines. They last performed in the country in December 2019 for their ITZY? ITZY! premiere showcase tour.
Debuted in February 2019 under JYP Entertainment, ITZY is composed of Ryujin, Yuna, Yeji, Lia, and Chaeryeong. They are known for their tracks “Not Shy,” “Mafia in the Morning,” “Icy,” “Wannabe,” “Dalla Dalla,” and “Loco.”
ITZY is set to release their English single "Boys Like You" on Friday, October 21.
