

Temporary road closures and traffic adjustments in areas surrounding the University of Santo Tomas (UST) and San Beda University, which will serve as local testing centers (LTCs) for the 2025 Bar examinations, the Manila Public Information Office (PIO) has announced on Friday.
The closures will take effect on September 7, 10, and 14, from 2:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
San Beda University Road Closures

Mendiola St. (from the Mendiola Peace Arch up to Concepcion Aguila St.), both lanes closed to unauthorized vehicles and pedestrians (San Beda University side).

Concepcion Aguila St. (from Mendiola St. to Jose Laurel St.), both lanes closed to unauthorized vehicles and pedestrians, except residents.

Legarda St. (two lanes from San Rafael St. to Mendiola St.; eastbound only), eastbound lane dedicated for drop-off and pick-up of Bar Exam stakeholders.
Ingress points: Main Gate (Legarda St.) and St. Bede’s Gate (Concepcion Aguila St.).

Dapitan Street, Closed from 2:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on exam days.

Two outermost westbound lanes (UST side) of España Boulevard (from Lacson Avenue to Padre Noval Street), closed from 2:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on exam days.
Alternate Route: From Dapitan, right to Lacson Avenue, left to Laong Laan Avenue, and proceed to the destination.

Extremadura Street, closed from 2:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on exam days.
Authorities also urged motorists and commuters to take alternate routes and follow the guidance of traffic personnel onsite to ease congestion during the examinations.
Meanwhile, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced on Wednesday that all the bar examinees will be exempted from the number coding scheme on September 10.
"Bar examinees are advised to display a copy of their bar exam permit (Notice of Admission) on the windshield of their vehicles for proper identification," MMDA wrote in a post.
