Volleyball stars Ara Galang and Aby Maraño has found a new home with the Chery Tiggo Crossovers.
Through social media posts on Tuesday, January 2, the Crossovers announced the signing of Galang and Maraño after the disbandment of their former team, the F2 Logisitcs Cargo Movers.
Galang vowed to give her all in the new chapter in her volleyball career.
"I'm always giving my all, so I will give my best in every training, every game, every day. I will do everything I can to contribute and help the team," Galang said in the Premier Volleyball League website.
Meanwhile, Maraño expressed excitement to once play alongside her fellow teammates in the national women's volleyball squad.
"At the same time, the players from Chery, I've been with them in the national team—especially Mylene Paat, Jasmine Nabor, Shaya (Adorador), Eya (Laure), (Jennifer) Nierva, and many more. So, I'm excited to be working with these players," Maraño shared
F2 Logistics announced the disbandment of the Cargo Movers last December.
Prior to the disbandment, the volleyball team won five championships in the Philippine Superliga, and ruled the 2021 PNVF Champions League.
