Belift Lab, the agency of the Kpop boy group ENHYPEN, issued a warning on Thursday, January 5, 2023, over an unathorized paid fan event in the Philippines this weekend.

In a notice issued on Thursday titled “Caution: ENHYPEN-Related Unauthorized Event in the Philippines,” Belift Lab said the "ENHAFESTIVAL: DAY 1" that will be held in the Philippines on January 7 has no authorization from them.

"We would like to thank all ENGENEs for your unwavering love towards ENHYPEN. We would like to inform you about the paid event using ENHYPEN’s IP without our company’s authorization. We advise you not to get adversely affected by the event," the statement read.

According to the ENHAFESTIVAL: DAY 1 Facebook page, the "ENHYPEN OT7 Photo Exhibition in MANILA” will be held at Avida Towers Centera Clubhouse.

Organizers of the event charged P250 to P300 for entry, and P350 to P400 for festival access and a festival kit.

However, Belift Lab said that the event host did not hold any discussion with their company and that they will “assume no responsibility to any damage resulting from the event.”

The company added that if the host pushes through with the event, they will take legal action for infringement of intellectual property.

BELIFT LAB assumes no responsibility for any damage resulting from the event. We will continue to work to ensure that the rights of our artists are fully protected," Belift Lab continued.

As of posting, the organizers of the “ENHAFESTIVAL: DAY 1” have yet to release a statement.

Composed of Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, and Ni-ki, ENHYPEN is a seven-member boy group that debuted in November 2020 under Belift Lab, a joint venture between the agencies CJ ENM and HYBE Corporation.

ENHYPEN is set to hold a 3-day concert in Manila from February 3-5 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena as part of their "2023 Manifesto World Tour."
