Before the Christmas Season, the newly-renovated Manila Zoo will again open its doors to animal lovers of all ages starting November 21.
In a post by the Manila Public Information Office (MPIO), Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan announced that the zoo will be open from 9 am to 8 pm with a cut-off time for guests at 6 pm daily.
Entrance fees are:
FOR MANILANS (Residents of Manila) | FOR NON-MANILANS (Residents outside Manila) | |
ADULT AND CHILD | PHP 150 | PHP 300 |
STUDENTS | PHP 100 | PHP 200 |
Senior Citizens and PWDs may enjoy the zoo with a 20% discount on the prescribed fees, while children who are 2 years old and below may enter for free.
Meanwhile, online registration and purchasing of tickets are available on November 20 at www.manilazoo.ph.
Last 2019, the zoo closed down due to the litter scattered around Manila Bay.
In December 2021, it reopened to serve minors and seniors as a vaccination site. It closed again in June to finish its renovation.
