The Department of Justice (DOJ) Spokesperson Mico Clavano stated that Cassandra Ong and Shiela Guo will be turned over to different agencies after the initial process of their medicals has been completed.

In an interview with reporters at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), Clavano said that Cassandra Ong will be turned over to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in Quezon City, while Shiela Guo will be in custody of the Bureau of Immigration (BI) at the detention facility in Lower Bicutan, Taguig.

Ong was arrested for violating the Obstruction of Justice, and Guo for violating Immigration laws.

Moreover, he said that there are inquest prosecutors on standby for the processes, even on weekends. He has yet to receive information on the passport cancelations of the two arrested suspects, including Alice Guo who is still in hiding.
