

A man was spotted hanging onto a coconut tree to keep from being swept away by floodwaters in Camarines Sur.
On Wednesday, a Sto. Domingo, Nabua resident was trapped in the middle of heavy flooding and clung to a tree for safety. Riding a boat, his family eventually came to his rescue.
