Gilas Pilipinas bested Lebanon, 107-96, on Friday, February 24, at the Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan.

Three-time PBA Best Import of the Conference awardee Justin Brownlee scored 17 points in his first game as a naturalized player of the Philippine National Men's Basketball team.

Jamie Malonzo also chipped in 15 points, and Mason Amos, who also makes his debut with the Gilas Pilipinas Men squad, added 13 points for the Filipinos to avenge their 85-81 loss at the hands of Lebanon last August.

The host team never felt threatened after ending the first half with a 12-point lead, 53-41, which grew to an 18-point advantage, 82-64, before the start of the final period.

Gilas Pilipinas will seek to complete a sweep of the February window of the 2023 FIBA World Asia Cup qualifiers when the squad faces Jordan on Monday, February 27, at the Philippine Arena.
