Davao City Mayor Sebastian 'Baste' Zimmerman Duterte and Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong have been appointed as the chairpersons of Regional Peace and Order Council of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).
Duterte and Benjamin are among the list of new appointees posted by the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) on Tuesday.
In the list of new appointees, Benjamin Magalong was named as the chairperson of DILG regional peace and order council in Cordirella Administrative Region (CAR).
Meanwhile, Duterte was tapped the chairperson of DILG regional peace and order council in Region 11 - Davao Region.
Baste Duterte is the youngest son of former president Rodrigo Roa Duterte and the sibling of Vice President Sara Duterte.
