Senatorial candidate Jopet Sison said he wants to 'professionalize' barangay services.

The candidate claimed a Magna Carta for barangays is now underway through the help of the Department of Interior and Local Government, which will improve barangay services.

It will also see the regularization of barangay tanod and health workers.
