According to RH Val Gonzales' report, the ambulance did not present a "dispatch order," which means it did not receive any emergency calls for any incident.
The ambulance came from Biñan, Laguna, and the driver claimed he was going to buy some medicine in Quezon City.
The Special Action and Intelligence Committee for Transportation (SAICT) did not acknowledge the ambulance driver's reason and still issued a violation ticket.
Meanwhile, another ambulance was also apprehended earlier on the morning in Pasay.
The driver of the ambulance reportedly claimed that he was sending a patient to Pasay City General Hospital, but failed to show a dispatch order.
More than five other vehicles were intercepted as of 7:30 in the morning, according to the report.
SAICT said they will continue to be strict with the law enforced on the EDSA busway.
