

The Philippine Airlines (PAL) has cancelled a number of flights from Manila to parts of the Middle East amid heightened tensions between Israel and Iran.
Flights PR 684 (Manila to Doha), PR 658/659 (Manila to Dubai, and back to Manila), PR 654/655 (Manila to Riyadh and back) on June 24 have been cancelled. Additionally, flight PR 685, Manila-bound from Doha, has also been called off.
Affected passengers may rebook to another flight, convert their purchased ticket(s) to travel credits, the voucher valid for a year. They may also refund their ticket(s) without penalties.
Although US President Donald Trump announced earlier that a ceasefire is currently in effect between Israel and Iran, Israeli Chief of the General Staff, LTG Eyal Zamir claimed the country’s military is to “respond with force” to a “severe violation” on Iran’s end.
