

Nine prisoners escaped from a precinct in Tondo, Manila on Wednesday, Nov. 8, with five of them immediately caught and now under police custody.
Based on RH Boy Gonzales' report in Rapido Hataw Balita, the prisoners escaped at Manila Police District's (MPD) Raxabago Police Station in Manila at around 1:30 a.m.
According to MPD Dir. Col. Arnold Thomas Ibay, the prisoners escaped by destroying the jail bars.
Meanwhile, police officers who are on their duty during the escape have been relieved from their posts.
The escaped prisoners are charged with illegal drugs, and illegal possession of firearms, and have arrest warrants.
Police are still looking for the four missing inmates.
