Two construction workers were among the four suspects arrested on Friday, Feb. 2, for killing a first-year college student in Barangay Tatala, Binangonan, Rizal.

It was Sunday noon, Jan. 28., when the victim, identified as Loise Odette Dela Cuesta, 18, was found dead in its own home.
According to Val Gozales' report in MBC Network News, authorities said that the suspects are construction workers working for the suspect's grandfather in their under-construction house, where they both live.
The victim sustained a total of 27 stab wounds.
The suspects have been identified as Roylan Mechilina and Raymundo Querimit, and they are now facing robbery and homicide charges.
Two other victims are still at large.
Meanwhile, no signs of rape were identified by the authorities.
The victim's mother, who has been an overseas Filipino worker for 12 years, went home to the Philippines to see her daughter.
