Waku-Waku! The Forger family will return next year!
Great news to all Spy x Family enthusiasts, the well-loved Japanese anime will be getting a second season and also an original full-length movie.
In a report by Anime TV Japan, season two and the film were announced by the anime’s representatives during the annual manga and anime party ‘Jump Festa 2023.’
The said movie will be written and produced under the supervision of Japanese manga artist Tatsuya Endo.
The first season of Spy x Family will be ending soon. The 24th episode, the last episode of the series, is scheduled to air on Dec. 24, Christmas Eve.
The Spy x Family was first premiered in April this year.
The hit anime follows professional spy Loid Forger who embarks on a special mission that requires him to form a fake family.
He then adopts a young girl named Anya who is a telepath and fakely marries a high-class assassin posing to be a clerk named Yor.
