Presidential Adviser for Poverty Alleviation Larry Gadon has questioned the Supreme Court (SC) for announcing his disbarment case.
In an interview with DZRH's Damdaming Bayan, Gadon said his disbarment case has no finality and he still could re-apply and resubmit an appeal.
He even compared his case to other members of the government.
“Noong si Leila De Lima openly defied the TRO issued by the SC to allow Pres. GMA to seek medical treatment abroad, bakit hindi nila dinisbar?...
Anong klaseng Supreme Court ito?” he added.
On Wednesday, the high tribunal disbarred Gadon due to the “Misogynistic, Sexist, Abusive and Repeated Intemperate Language” he used against Raissa Robles, a journalist, last year.
The decision comes following his appointment as presidential adviser for poverty alleviation.
