Season 85 of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) is now on its final four men's basketball teams: the University of the Philippines, the National University, Ateneo De Manila University, and Adamson University.

Last December 1, 2022, the match between these teams began with UP Fighting Maroons versus NU Bulldogs, and Ateneo Blue Eagles versus Adamson Falcons.
