Following an impressive performance at the 2023 Asian Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Singapore, where he secured a total of five medals (three gold, one silver, and one bronze), the 23-year-old gymnast acknowledged the need for further advancement.

"Another successful competition — qualified for the world championships and we're just getting started. Still lots of room for improvement, just taking it one step at a time," the Olympic gymnast wrote.

"There were many challenges prior and during the competition but I managed to get back on track and perform in my best condition! So thankful for all the people who genuinely supported me — you know who you all are. And thank you so much to GOD for always keeping me safe and well, this is all for you," Yulo added.
The upcoming 2023 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships, scheduled from September 30 to October 8 in Antwerp, Belgium, carry significant weight as the primary qualifying event for the Paris 2024 Olympics.
