The YouTube channel belonging to Sonshine Media Network International (SMNI), which is owned by religious leader Apollo Quiboloy, has been removed from the platform.
When visiting the SMNI's page, a notice is displayed stating, "This account has been terminated for a violation of YouTube's Terms of Service."

This action follows the previous termination of Quiboloy's channel for violating YouTube's community guidelines, which occurred just two weeks ago.
Reports indicate that the reason of Google, the parent company of YouTube, is that it maintains a strong commitment to complying "with applicable US sanctions laws and enforces related policies under its Terms of Service."
After a comprehensive policy review, the decision was made to terminate the YouTube channels of Laban Kasama ang Bayan, KOJC, and SMNI.
SMNI has not yet issued an official statement regarding the removal of their page.
Meanwhile, the news agency had gained a reputation for using its platform to criticize and red-tag journalists and human rights activists in the country.
Additionally, Quiboloy has been listed on the Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) most wanted list since February of last year. He faces charges related to sex trafficking, fraud, coercion, and bulk cash smuggling.
