The former Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) housemate and trans man Jesi Corcuera shared a tiny glimpse of his firstborn, baby Ninja.
On Wednesday, the PBB alum posted photos on his Instagram account, welcoming his baby girl, Calia Elle, more fondly known as Baby Ninja. The photos showed Calia sleeping in the middle of a basket decorated with leaves and pinecones. There was also a photo of the two of Jesi giving Calia a loving stare.
"Welcome to the world, Calia Elle (baby Ninja)!" he captioned his post.
"My life will never be the same. You are my greatest blessing," he added.

Jesi gave birth to baby Ninja earlier this month. He announced his pregnancy last October, sharing maternity photos on Instagram. According to Jesi, he first planned on having a child in 2018. At that time, there were many hurdles to overcome, emphasizing the financial constraints of IVF.
It was then that his partner, Camille, came back into his life and allowed him to pursue his plan to become a parent.
“Hindi naging madali ang prosesong ito para sa akin kaya sana hindi niyo rin ganun kadaling husgahan kung anong nakikita niyo ngayon,” he captioned his post.
“Simple lang naman ang gusto ko, yung magkaroon ng matatawag kong sariling akin. Alam kong may mga anak akong inako kay Cams at walang mababago dun sa pagdating ni “Ninja” (nickname ng baby ko Hahaha). Sa lahat ng desisyon ko sa buhay, malaki ang naging parte ng mga bata at ni Cams sa kung ano ako ngayon,” he added.

After careful discussions with doctors and his partner Camille, they began their journey with artificial insemination (AI). This procedure is done by collecting sperm cells from a male donor and manually depositing them into a woman’s reproductive tract, to achieve pregnancy.
Jesi joined PBB: Lucky 7 Adults Chapter in 2017, where was known as the “transman of the house of Cavite.”
