Both labels of South Korean idols-turned-actors Lim YoonA and Lee Junho have denied the reports that the two stars are in a relationship.
On Monday, a media outlet reported that the two, who are members of the second-generation K-pop group Girls' Generation and 2PM, were in a relationship ever before they starred in their hit drama series "King the Land."
The two got close due to sharing a similar career change from an idol to an actor, the report stated.
However, this was denied by both of their agencies, SM Entertainment and JYP Entertainment, respectively.
"YoonA is close with Junho, but the rumors that they are dating are not true," the actress' label, SM, said.
"The two are close but the reports that they are dating are not true," JYP, Junho's agency, revealed.
The two have been working together for quite some time, starting off with their performance collaboration both in 2021 and 2022 and their hosting gigs. But what sealed, even more, their off-the-chart chemistry is their drama "King the Land," which premiered its first episode on June 17, with new episodes airing every Saturday and Sunday.
YoonA made her debut in 2007 as a member of the K-pop girl group SNSD or Girls’ Generation while Junho debuted as a member of boy group 2PM in 2008.
