YG Entertainment is flying to the Philippines to make your K-Pop idol dreams come true with their 2024 Global Auditions!
So to all aspiring K-Pop stars, prepare your audition pieces, because the agency will make a pitstop in the country this year, to screen all registered applicants. Auditions will be held on November 24 at 1:00 PM at the ZERØ Studio in Quezon City.
Auditionees may choose one out of the four categories: vocal, rap, dance, and appearance, provided by the agency for their showcase. They are looking for anyone born between the years 2006 - 2013.
The first pre-registration will be open until November 10. Applicants may visit the official 2024 YG Global Audition link to register.
However, only selected applicants will receive a confirmation email for the second audition, which will be sent on November 20.
Additionally, YG Entertainment emphasized that pre-registration may close early and that photos and videos must be attached when pre-registering.
There are also no walk-ins for the second audition.
The 2024 YG Global Auditions will be flying to several countries in Asia, including Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia.
YG Entertainment is a South Korean entertainment agency established in 1996 by Yang Hyun-suk. It catapulted group powerhouses like 2NE1, BIGBANG, Epik High, and Blackpink to stardom.
