#ArtAttack: Here's everything you need to know about Art Fair Philippines 2024

Art Fair Philippines, the biggest fair that exhibits modern and contemporary visual art, is set to return at The Link Ayala Center in Makati this weekend!

If you plan to experience the fair by yourself or with your friends and loved ones, here's everything you need to know.

This year's fair will feature 55 gallery exhibitions from the Philippines and international countries such as Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Among the Filipino exhibitors are Art for Space Gallery, Art Lounge Manila, Istorya Studios Inc., Manila Illustration Fair, Modeka Art, and more.

Those who want to learn the explanations and insights about the gallery exhibits can register for the ArtFairPH/Daily Tour which will be conducted from 11 AM to 12 PM.

Aside from gallery exhibits, the fair has an ArtFairPH/Photo section that showcases the photography of Manila-based photographers, and an ArtFairPH/Projects section featuring works of international artists and Filipino artists including Jonathan Ching, Jigger Cruz, Gean Brix Garcia, Rod Paras-Perez.

Art Fair Philippines 2024 also highlights an ArtFairPH/Digital Art section and an ArtFairPH/Residencies exhibit section.

Moreover, art enthusiasts can attend ArtFairPH/Talks wherein they can learn from esteemed professionals like Art historian Ambeth Ocampo, Daata Founder and Director David Gryn, Margarita Villanueva and Rodrigo Enano from the Lopez Museum and Library.

Art lovers can also look forward to watching the "No showing" by Filipino filmmaker Moira Lang and the ballet performance of Spanish artist Eugenio Ampudia and witnessing a book signing event throughout the three-day art fair.

How to secure a ticket

A regular ticket, which costs ₱750, can be purchased both on-site and online through Art Fair Philippines's official website.

Students, persons with disabilities, and senior citizens can avail of discounts by presenting their valid identification cards on-site.

The event will commence on Friday, February 16 and will end on Sunday, February 18. The visiting hours are from 10 AM to 9 PM.
