Suspended Bamban mayor Alice Leal Guo's brother is Chinese national Guo Xiang Dian, Senator Sherwin Gatchalian said on Wednesday, July 3.

The senator presented documents from the National Bureau of Investigation and Board of Investments to support the claim. Wesley Guo matches the fingerprint of Guo Xiang Din and was listed as the son of Lin Wen Yi based on the provided document of NBI.

"Si Guo Xiang Dian ay si Wesley Leal Guo. Isa na namang patunay na inabuso ng pamilya ni Guo Hua Ping aka Alice Guo ang late registration para magpanggap na sila ay Pilipino," Sen. Gatchalian said on his Facebook post.

On June 27, Senator Risa Hontiveros revealed that the National Bureau of Investigation confirmed that Alice Guo and Guo Hua Ping's fingerprint matched, establishing a strong claim on the Mayor's nationality.
