Netflix has revealed that the global phenomenal television series "Wednesday", an Adams family reboot, will be returning for a second season.
On Friday, the American streaming platform released a video announcing another season of the series.
"Over the past few weeks, I have been haunted, haunted, and mimicked a millions of times across the internet. It's been a pure torture... Thank you," Wednesday narrated in the background.
"More Misery is coming!" the teaser video stated.
The exact date of the release has yet to be announced.
"Wednesday" was directed by a renowned American filmmaker and animator.
The TV series became the top most-streamed show on Netflix in 2022 as it garnered 1.02 billion watch hours in just three weeks of release.
The supernatural comedy horror series follows the story of Wednesday Addams who got expelled from her school after she punishes the boys who bullied her brother.
She transfers to her parent's high school alma mater where she will discover her psychic powers.
Wednesday then utilizes this ability to solve mysteries.
