Cloudy skies and rains will be experienced in most parts of the country on Monday, March 25, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported.
Based on PAGASA's weather bulletin, this was due to the easterlies that are affecting the eastern section of the country.
Eastern Visayas and Caraga will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the easterlies.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
For wind and coastal water conditions, the northern and eastern sections of the country will have moderate to strong winds moving in an east-to-south direction, while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speeds moving in an east-to-northeast direction, while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
Sunrise is at 5:57 AM, and sunset will be at 6:08 PM.
