Heads up, Polin fans!

After gracing the “Bridgerton” franchise’s dearest readers with the third season’s release dates, Netflix unveiled a sneak peek of an awkward moment between Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton) and Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan).

“Your eyes…a most remarkable shade of blue. And yet somehow, they shine even brighter when you are kind,” Penelope starts in the preview, entranced by Colin after the years they’ve spent apart.

But the romantic scene gets halted by a swift realization of the real score between the two after Penelope quips the sentence, “I’d—I might say something like that if you were a suitor,” scrambling to get the words out of her.

“Well, that was rather direct,” Colin curtly says before the sneak peek cuts to Netflix’s logo, satiating fans’ hunger for the couple’s match albeit keeping them on their toes for more.

Netflix earlier revealed that “Bridgerton” season three has been split into two parts when it premieres in the streaming behemoth—May 16 and June 13, respectively.
